Shipment Arrangement: We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options.

Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer that are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been delivered to the address you provided and confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available. Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive before contacting us about a lost shipment.
